Lynda J. Robbins is a collaborative lawyer and family law mediator with over twenty-five years experience.
Lynda's practice areas include wills and estates, divorce, legal separation, custody, visitation and parenting plans, child support, alimony, modification and post-divorce issues, paternity, guardianship, prenuptial agreements, property division and allocation of assets and debts, and move away/relocation issues. She also does court-appointed and private work as Guardian ad Litem in family and estate matters including divorce and custody disputes, parent coordinator and visitation monitor.
