"Think not forever of yourselves...nor of your own generation.  Think of continuing generations of our families, think of our grandchildren and of those yet unborn, whose faces are coming from beneath the ground."

Family disputes, whether they involve husbands and wives, parents and children or extended family members, damage our most intimate relationships. Our emotions make it difficult to move beyond the hurt to finding solutions.

Lynda J. Robbins is a mediator and collaborative family lawyer whose training and experience qualify her to assist in resolving family disputes. Helping clients take control of their own outcomes is the cornerstone of her practice.

Lynda has practiced law for over 25 years in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. In addition to family law, her expertise includes probate and estate planning, prenuptial agreements and paternity matters.  Her practice areas include all aspects of family law including divorce and modifications, custody and visitation issues and paternity matters. She also does court-appointed and private work as a parent coordinator and visitation monitor, and serves as a Guardian ad Litem in family matters including divorce and custody disputes.  The recent addition of marital mediation to her practice provides a process for couples to address the hurdles to their staying together.

Lynda was voted one of Boston's Best Lawyers 2008 and 2009 in Collaborative Family Law and Mediation categories.
